Qatari Investors Group disclosed the interim financial statement for the three month period ended March 31, 2012 The financial statements revealed a net profit of QR 34.2 Million in comparison to QR 16.9 Million for the corresponding period in 2011.

The Earnings per Share (EPS) amounted to QR 0.28 as of March 31, 2012versus QR 0.14of the same period in 2011.

Alkhalij Holding Company discloses the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2011.  The financials revealed a net profit of QR 74 million in 2011 versus QR 71.2 million in 2010 and the Earnings per Share (EPS) amounted to QR 0.60 in 2011 compared to QR 0.57 in 2010.

The Board recommended distribution of Cash Dividends of %.5 From the share par value, i.e. QR.0.50 for each share.

This recommendation will be raised to the General Assembly meeting which will take place at Diplomatic Club on Monday 27th Feb., 2012 at 4.30 pm.
